Purchase information: the events and tickets you buy, seat selections, order history, and billing details (payment card data is handled by our payment providers, not stored by us).

Usage information: how you interact with the platform, device and browser data, and cookies (see below).

02How we use your information

To process ticket orders, issue e-tickets, and provide customer support; to operate, secure, and improve the platform; to send transactional messages (order confirmations, event updates) and, where you opt in, marketing about events you may like; and to comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.

03How we share your information

With event organizers whose events you purchase, so they can deliver the event, manage entry, and honor their policies.

With service providers acting on our behalf — including payment processors (such as Paynamics and card providers), email delivery, hosting, and analytics — under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

Where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of PH Live Music, our users, or the public. We do not sell your personal information.

04Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.

05Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal, tax, and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption of sensitive data and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may access or update your account information, opt out of marketing messages at any time, and request deletion of your account. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights — see our Data Privacy notice for rights under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, and applicable UK/EU rights where relevant.

08International transfers

PH Live Music operates in the United Kingdom and the Philippines, and your information may be processed in either country. Where information is transferred across borders, we take steps to ensure it is protected in line with applicable law.

09Children

The platform is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
