01Who we are

PH Live Music is an online ticketing and live-entertainment platform operated by PH Live Music Ltd. (United Kingdom) and PH Live Music OPC (Philippines) (“PH Live Music”, “we”, “us”). The platform connects fans (“buyers”) with event organizers, artists, and venues (“organizers”).

By accessing the platform, creating an account, or purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

02Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to create an account or purchase tickets. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

03Tickets, pricing & fees

Ticket prices are set by the organizer and displayed at checkout in the applicable currency, together with any service fees. The total payable is shown before you confirm your purchase.

A purchase is only confirmed once payment is authorized and you receive a confirmation and e-ticket. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is completed. We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by pricing or listing errors, with a full refund of amounts paid.

04Payments

Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers (including Paynamics, and card providers where applicable). By paying, you authorize the charge and agree to the provider’s terms. We do not store your full card details.

Funds collected from ticket sales, less applicable fees, are remitted to organizers in accordance with our remittance schedule.

05Refunds, cancellations & rescheduling

Except where required by law, all sales are final. Refund eligibility for a cancelled, postponed, or materially changed event is determined by the organizer’s stated refund policy for that event.

If an event is cancelled, we will facilitate refunds of the ticket face value in line with the organizer’s instructions and applicable law. Service fees may be non-refundable. Where an event is rescheduled, valid tickets are generally honored for the new date.

06Your ticket & entry

Each ticket carries a unique, signed QR code and is valid for a single admission unless stated otherwise. Do not share, screenshot for resale, or duplicate your ticket — the first valid scan is admitted and subsequent scans of the same ticket will be refused.

Entry is subject to the organizer’s and venue’s rules, age restrictions, and security checks. Organizers may refuse admission or remove attendees for unsafe or unlawful conduct.

07Reserved seating

For events with reserved seating, a seat is only held for you once selected and is confirmed only upon completed payment. Held seats that are not paid for within the hold window are released for others to book.

08Organizer responsibilities

Organizers are solely responsible for their events, including accuracy of listings, delivery of the event, health and safety, licensing, and their own refund policies. PH Live Music acts as a ticketing platform and is not the organizer, promoter, or venue of the events listed unless expressly stated.

09Prohibited conduct

You agree not to resell tickets above face value where prohibited, use bots or automated means to purchase tickets, misrepresent your identity, interfere with the platform’s operation, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

10Intellectual property

The platform, including its design, logos, and content, is owned by PH Live Music or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without our permission. Event artwork and artist materials remain the property of their respective owners.

11Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PH Live Music is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts or omissions of organizers, venues, or payment providers. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales for PH Live Music Ltd., and the laws of the Republic of the Philippines for transactions handled by PH Live Music OPC, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your place of residence.
