Data Privacy Notice
This Data Privacy Notice describes how PH Live Music collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
01Our commitment
PH Live Music is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (“DPA”), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and issuances of the National Privacy Commission (“NPC”). This notice explains how we, as Personal Information Controller, process your personal data.
02Personal data we process
Identity and contact data (name, email, and contact details); transaction data (tickets purchased, seat selections, order and payment references); and technical data (device, browser, and usage information). We do not store full payment-card numbers — these are handled by our accredited payment processors.
03Purpose & lawful basis
We process your personal data to fulfill ticket orders and contracts with you, to operate and secure the platform, to comply with legal obligations, and — with your consent — to send you marketing about events. Our processing relies on one or more lawful criteria under the DPA, including performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, our legitimate interests, and your consent.
04Sharing & processors
We share personal data with event organizers (to deliver events you purchase) and with Personal Information Processors acting on our instructions — including payment providers such as Paynamics, hosting, email, and analytics providers — under contracts that require them to protect your data. We may disclose data when required by law or lawful order.
05Your rights as a data subject
Under the DPA you have the right to be informed; to object to processing; to access your data; to rectify inaccurate data; to erasure or blocking; to data portability; to damages; and to file a complaint with the NPC. You may also withdraw consent for processing based on consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
06Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes stated here and to comply with legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Once no longer needed, data is securely disposed of or anonymized.
07Security measures
We implement organizational, physical, and technical security measures — including access controls and encryption of sensitive data — to protect personal data against unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, and loss.
08Data Protection Officer
For questions, requests, or concerns about your personal data, contact our Data Protection Officer at dpo@phlive.online, or by mail at PH Live Music OPC, KMC One Ayala East Tower, 6th Floor, No. 1 Ayala Avenue, Makati City, Metro Manila 1226.
09Complaints
If you believe your data privacy rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph) after raising the matter with our Data Protection Officer.
